The ceremony at St. Rose begins at 2:00 PM. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early so you have time to get settled before it starts.

The ceremony will conclude around 3:00 PM.

Yes. Cocktail hour at The Candlewood Inn begins at 4:30 PM.

You have a few options during the break! You can go check into your hotel if you need to. If you’re taking the shuttle, please make your way to Hotel Zero Degrees before departure time. Or, join us for cookies and coffee in the Holy Innocence building on the St. Rose campus following the mass if you’d like to relax and spend time together before heading to the reception.

Yes! We will be providing shuttle transportation to and from the reception. Please indicate on your RSVP if you plan to use the shuttle so we can ensure there’s enough space for everyone.

Shuttles will depart from in front of Hotel Zero Degrees at 4:00 PM and 4:15 PM to bring guests to The Candlewood Inn. Return shuttles will leave The Candlewood Inn at 9:00 PM and 9:45 PM to bring guests back to the hotel.

Yes! There is ample parking available at both St. Rose and The Candlewood Inn for guests who prefer to drive themselves.

The dress code for both the ceremony and reception is formal attire. This includes cocktail or midi dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and suits or jackets with dress pants. No need to get a tux or evening gown (unless you want to!). We just kindly ask that guests avoid casual wear such as jeans, sneakers, or shorts. A coat check will be available at The Candlewood Inn if you’d like to bring a jacket or wrap.

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors. If the weather cooperates, we hope to also take advantage of The Candlewood Inn’s beautiful outdoor patio during the reception.
